Exterior Finishes

Our yards can be constructed and finished in a variety of materials to suit personal preference and local authority requirements.

Timber constructed buildings are usually finished with external cladding such as featheredge or shiplap weatherboarding. These are specially manufactured to a high specification using heavy duty material and pressure treated with preservative prior to assembly on site.

It is also possible to finish a timber framed building with a sand and cement rendered surface. Traditional brick and block buildings can also be incorporated which gives scope for a variety of finishes and designs.

Finishes can be decorated with a stain or paint to suit your individual requirements or local authority stipulations.
